Well, what can I say about this anthology????……. AWESOME is the one word I would use to describe it.
I did what it said on the blurb, and I read this anthology with an open mind…… and I am so glad I did, as this anthology is totally different to the usual books – not necessarily a HEA in each story, and there are twists in some that you are not expecting. While reading this anthology, I was taken on various different journeys, and some of the stories were sad, but others will have you howling with laughter…. then, of course, there are the ones that the disbelief comes in!! I really enjoyed them all though.
I can honestly say that I would recommend this anthology to everyone. Each story was so different, that I couldn’t wait to see what would happen in the next story, but I think this is why I enjoyed it so much. I have read other anthologies, but they have not held me as much as this one did.
To me personally, an anthology is the perfect way to find new authors to read, and this one is no exception. Obviously, there were some stories that I liked more than others, but overall this was a brilliant selection of short stories.
