Why I read this book: I like a BDSM book that is written around the club scene.

Synopsis:

Callum hasn’t the time to take on a new sub for training. He has his BDSM club – Pure – to remodel and open on Friday. He certainly doesn’t have the time to train Lee in all the nuances of submission, even if the boy seems to be a natural. But someone else wants him. Another Master who has no limits and doesn’t believe in safe words. If Callum doesn’t wake up and accept the gift of Lee’s submission, someone else will take it – forcefully.

I will start by saying this is the first book I have read by this author, I found her writing style very unique and easy to read. The BDSM wasn’t over the top and the sex scenes blended into the story perfectly. The cover is very simple and eye catching, perfect for the book in every way.

Callum has wanted to own his own club for years. He is a Dom in every way. Finally he has his BDSM club, it needs to be fully remodelled before he can re-open. Everything goes to hell the night before the club is closed and a sub gets hurt.

Lee looks younger than he is, he ends up at the club with the wrong kind of Dom through desperation, after been thrown out of his home by his step-father.

I have to say WOW, I am very impressed with this book. I liked both the MC’s, one young and sweet sub, the other an older Dom. The pairing of these two ticked everyone of my like boxes. The club setting was well written and interesting to read.

The storyline is very powerful, with a great plot. I never could guess what was going to happen next. I will admit to needing tissues a couple of times, I do love a book that has twists that make me feel emotional.

For those that enjoy reading BDSM and angst books I would highly recommend reading Pure.

Overall an interesting read that I couldn’t put down. I can’t wait to read more books by Victoria Sue….
