Why I read this book: The cover of this book is stunning, the title made me really curious, I just had to read the book.

Synopsis:

I’m currently on my way to earth for a six-month prison sentence. Level six is for sex, a twisted buffet of ass and mouth. Level five is for the fights. That’s where I shine. Beau is a sexy Hispanic man that’s too goofy to play with the big boys. He’s a follower that was loaned to me for some quick, naked fun. But it turned into something else. I didn’t do relationships because of my past. My father was a serial killer, childhood trauma, blah, blah. But it seems that now, I had a boyfriend. It’s all confusing.

Beau is released from prison before me. Can I survive three months without his calming touch? Will he survive on Mars with my dangerous and violent club without me?

10/10 Pots of Gold

I don’t read many Sci/fi books, they are usually hard for me to understand unless they are by James Cox. He writes in such a way that a reader can easily understand and enjoy. I could not put this book down once I started reading, I finished it in one sitting.

He is become a go to author for me when I want some hot sexy man love with a bit of humour thrown in.

Its the year 3001, Earth and Mars have swapped roles. Mars is where you live, Earth is where you go when you break the law, its baron. The laws on Mars are over the top, the world has gone mad because of one man big ego.

Chaos is sentenced to 6 months for having illegal alcohol, he is sent to Earth, he has 3 choices, give up his ass, fight or the mines. Beau has been there for over 2 years, he has 3 months left when he meets Chaos.

The chemistry between the two is an eye opener. The sex is off the charts hot as is usual with this author.There is a fantastic storyline. Most of this book happens on Earth in the prison, we do get a glimpse of the MC club and their members. The love Beau and Chaos have for each other shines bright when they meet again on Mars. There is a good beginning, an even better middle and a fantastic ending.

James Cox is a master at world building, I love stepping into his world and don’t like coming out to the real world.

Overall, a super hot, fast paced short novella that ends with the promise of lots more….

I can’t wait to read the next book… 🙂

James is rather hard to define. He’s obviously into men, but also finds women alluring. To him reading gay fiction is so stimulating he’s taken up a pen (keyboard) and started writing. The stories in his head are edgy, hot enough to embarrass him at work and meant to entertain.

James’ day job is a means to get the green. He lusts after his straight boss and always longed to paint nude men.
