Sam reviews ‘Stepping Stones’ by Carol Lynne. Published by Wilde City Press on April 13, 2016 and is 84 pages long.
Why I read this story: I love to read all types of taboo books. Twincest happens to be a favorite of mine. When the opportunity came along to read and review Stepping Stones I jumped at the chance. When I read synopsis I found out it is all a MMM which was an added bonus.
This book was provided free of charge by the author for an honest review.

Synopsis:

Unable to deny his twin, Donovan pushes aside his feelings and mounts a rescue, taking Declan away from an abusive situation. Between Donovan and Marc, they set Declan on the road to healing, exploring their relationship to the fullest. When Declan’s past comes back to haunt them, they’ll have to pull together to keep each other safe.
Can they make a new life together and survive the hardships they face?

Declan and Donovan are twin brothers. At a young age they both developed feelings for the other, but neither one ever shared this information. When the feelings became too much, Donovan up and moved across the country. On the other hand, Declan blamed himself for his brother leaving. He believed his feelings for his brother were wrong. Which lead to a lot of negative issues in his life.
Donovan tried to get over Declan. Marc, his best friend, helped, but there was always a piece missing. Donovan loves Marc but can’t commit knowing a part of his heart isn’t there. When out of the blue Declan calls needing help Donovan agrees. This sets off a round of emotions. Declan loves Donovan, Donovan loves Declan and Marc and Marc loves Donovan. How can all 3 survive with their hearts intact.
When trouble comes after them will they be able to protect one another?
Stepping Stones is a short book. However, it felt like a full length novel. Did I want more? Definitely. I know it isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I personally love a good taboo story. These three men are Hot Hot Hot together. The scenes are written in extreme detail. Even with as much sex written it doesn’t overwhelm the story or the love that they have for each other.
All three of them are sweet and protective. They love deeply and it was beautiful to witness. It’s stories like this that just shows you that love is love. It doesn’t discriminate and you can’t choose who you love.
If you like a good taboo book then you will enjoy Stepping Stones by Carol Lynne.

This is the section of the website where you learn about me. Well, to be honest, I’m completely boring. I spend my days juggling two young children and my writing career. You’re just as likely to either catch me writing a steamy love scene or scrubbing jelly out of the carpet.
Besides writing, my biggest passion is reading. I have a lot of authors I follow (no not in the stalking sense), but Sean Michaels, B.A. Tortuga, J.M. Snyder and Chris Owen have to be my all-time favorites.
Here are some unusual facts about me:
I drink gallons of coffee every day, but I much prefer instant. I catch all kinds of flack for this from my family and friends. Even though I only drink instant, I am very picky about which brand I buy. It must be Taster’s Choice or nothing.
I love country music, but can’t stand to have music playing in my house. Therefore, I don’t even own a stereo or radio of any kind. I listen to my tunes as I’m driving around town and that’s enough for me.
I like to refer to myself as underheight instead of overweight. I’m just sure that if I could add another six or seven inches to my short 5’2 frame, I’d be much thinner. Therefore, it’s not that I overeat, it’s just that I stopped growing.
I enjoy the Hallmark commercials more than I enjoy the Hallmark movies.
Well, sorry folks, that’s about all I’ve got for you. Maybe someday soon I’ll have something really exciting to put on this page, but for now, this is me in a nutshell.
