Wendy reviews ‘Lost and Found’ (Dave and Carter) by Quin & Perin. Self published November 20, 2018, 112 pages.
He is…half my age, my son’s friend, and he calls me Daddy. I brought him to his knees until he did the same to me.
“He was like a greedy little puppy, trying to please me. And goddamn, I needed him to need me.”
From the authors of “Meik&Sebastian – Obsessed” comes a May/December Romance with a sprinkle of Daddy Kink. After their first encounter in “Take it All”, Lost and Found explores how Dave and Carter’s relationship took root and blossomed.
As a standalone novella, Lost and Found features explicit adult m/m content, Daddy Kink, age gap as well as romantic elements. The book ends…well, let’s see how it ends, shall we?

I’ve bought every one of this writing duo’s books and will continue to do so. They write erotic series and novelas that are gritty and make no apologies for putting it all out there. While some of their stories have a dash of romance in them they also have a knack for telling it like it is. Their characters are so realistic and their stories aren’t for everyone. They go places that most of today’s MM romance authors don’t and won’t and write about the way things really are. In real life. Things like selfishness and fear and adultery and how life can be messy and sexy at the same time and well, you get the idea. If you want fluff then they probably aren’t what you’re looking for but if you like this style (and I do) then I’m sure you will find that these two writers are brilliant!
‘Lost and Found’ (Dave and Carter’s story) takes place after their appearance in their book of erotic shorts, ‘Take It All’. I was so happy to see them make a return because I just knew that there was so much more to these guys than a quick (super hot) romp on a summer’s day.
This story took me on an unexpected journey. I certainly got every bit of kink and sexiness that I’ve come to rely on when reading a Quin & Perin story but what I wasn’t expecting in a book that is novella sized was the depth that they were able to give these guys. The fear that Dave held on to about what people would think and the honesty that Carter showed all the time. I felt the feelings and connected with the characters.
If “Daddy kink” is something that you enjoy reading, then grab yourself a copy of this book ASAP because you won’t be disappointed. It’s one of the best I’ve read this year!
