I bought this book within seconds of finishing the first book in the series ‘Into the Gray’ and I really can’t say enough about this one.It is a true series so you should read book 1 before starting. It takes place shortly after the first book and continues over a short span of time, but the stuff that happens in that span…
This story is so incredibly real and it has a pure feeling about it. There’s nothing contrived and it flows beautifully. It has so much life packed into the pages. There’s love and jealousy, the characters grow together as well separately. There’s life, death and some scary moments. I won’t lie, I cried, HARD!
I said in my review of ‘Into the Gray’ that the story would stay with me for a long while. Well, this one will too and together they are absolute perfection. They are going into my reread pile because I know I will want to revisit these guys often.
